My client had me ask her Higher Self Energy how she could be a better parent. The reply was both short and sweet,

Jo: How can she best support her children, be a better parent and communicate better with them?

HS: To be the best parent you need to be the best ‘’you’’. There is no such thing as the best parent, but by being the best ‘’you’’, you can be the best example for them.
