Check Yourself

Humans certainly aren't perfect.    We could all benefit from checking ourselves from time to time.  Step outside our ego and its words and actions for a moment to gain some clarity.    A quiet reflection at the end of each day to assess ourselves as another person might.   

 

Take a leap of courage and forgive yourself and others for ill intended words, thoughts and misdeeds and shift your awareness to the present moment with a higher perspective and heart based intention.    

 

We can't always change the way others treat us but we can focus on what we can do to change our own behaviour and the energy we contribute to the world. 

 

This simple spiritual practice will help us grow and evolve more and more each day

into loving human beings.
